What is covered

• Battery holding less than 60% of its rated life
• Speaker distortion or failure
• Magnet weakening or detaching
• USB-C port failure
• Remote control failure
• Any fault in materials or manufacture

What is not

• Cosmetic scratches from normal use
• Water damage (it is not waterproof — please keep it off the draining board)
• Loss or theft
