Prices are charged in your local currency — pick your country at the bottom of any page. Duties and import taxes are included at checkout for the four markets above.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, and orders placed at the weekend, go out the next working day.
30-night home trial
Live with it for a month. If it has not earned its place on your fridge, tell us and we will refund you in full — including the postage you paid to get it. You do not need the original box, and you do not need a reason.
2-year warranty
Battery, speaker, magnet, remote, charging port. If it fails in two years we repair or replace it. If the failure was your fault, tell us honestly and we will still do it once.
Returning something
Email us with your order number. We reply within one working day and send a prepaid label. Refunds land 3–5 working days after the parcel reaches us.
